have always loved this tree in Banff and have never had the opportunity to use it in a photograph. I was thrilled when I saw it was in bloom just in time for Julia & Toby's engagement session. Julia pointed it out as we drove by and we had to stop for a few photographs. It rained that evening and almost all of the blooms dropped making this session even more special.
Julia's mother's ring features a sapphire so I loved that Julia and Toby paid tribute to that by making it a new family tradition by including a sapphire in Julia's ring.
Julia is absolutely beautiful, I can't wait to see her as a bride!
