Lake Louise Station

Just down the hill from Lake Louise is a little gem called Lake Louise Station. A former train station built in 1910 by CPR the Lake Louise Station has been a restaurant since 1994. You can eat in the station or in the historic train dining car.

The historic Delamere dining car was built in 1925 and has been restored making it available for rehearsal dinners or weddings and can accommodate up to 28 guests. You can also book The Great Room, The East Room, the Stationmaster's & Parcel Rooms or the entire Station. Lake Louise Station closes from after Thanksgiving until the end of November but is otherwise available throughout the year. In the spring, summer and fall their heritage garden is available for your wedding ceremony and would make for a lovely cocktail hour location just off the patio.

If you are not having your wedding take place at the Lake Louise Station but would like to have your wedding photographs taken with the historic train cars you can contact Lake Louise Station to arrange for a still photography rental rate of $250/hour providing that your wedding day photography doesn't interfere with a station booking.

Lake Louise Station is perfect for an intimate rehearsal dinner or wedding.
